1. Orders in the Green Pharmacy can be made either online through the website

3. The requirement for accomplishment of order is correctly filling in the order
form and receiving the confirmation.
4. Personal data collected is used only for the accomplishment of the order and
is not shared with any third parties.
5. After receiving order confirmation email will be sent to the address given
in the order form.
6. Orders are confirmed either through email or by phone in 24 hours after receiving
them.
7. Orders are accomplished within 7 days if the product is available, otherwise
the time of accomplishment might be prolonged. Green Pharmacy do not take responsibility
for any delays caused by Royal Mail.
8. The client has to cover the postage and packaging fee.
9. Client pays for the ordered product and postage and packaging after completing
the order form. Products are sent after receiving the payment.
10. Green Pharmacy’s offer is only available within the United Kingdom.
11. Orders are sent through the Royal Mail. In Glasgow there is possibility to
pick up the order in the agreed place.
12. The method of shipping is chosen by person placing the order.
13. All prices in the Green Pharmacy online shop do not include postage and packaging
fee.
14. The payment can be made via: 1)PayPal 2) credit/debit card through the PayPal
system (the PayPal account is not required) 3)bank transfer
